Shipping Policy

Confirmation of Your Shipping Address

Your order will ship to the address EXACTLY as written in the Ship To Address on your Sales Order and Receipt.  So PLEASE review and verify that the address is correct.  Shipping delays and Additional charges will result if the order ships to a wrong address.

Shipment Processing Times

All In Stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For orders not In Stock but rather shipped directly to you from Schenker in Italy, we will send you the DHL Express shipping tracking as soon as the Order ships. Orders usually ship from Schenker within 2-3 weeks from the order being placed with transit time being 5-7 days. 

Domestic Shipping – “We Use UPS”

Due to our UPS Volume, most of our items have a discounted Flat Shipping Rate, as shown in the Shopping Cart on our website.  Standard UPS Ground will delivery within 3-5 Working Days in the lower 48 US States.  If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote: CONTACT US

International Shipping – “We Use UPS Worldwide Express OR DHL”

UPS Worldwide or DHL Shipping rates are calculated based on your Shipping Full Address and we will do that manually as it is sometimes too difficult for an automated “shopping cart”.  You can contact us directly for a Shipping Quote: CONTACT US

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cruiser Services LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to “Your Order” by the Customs Officials in your Country of receipt. Any fees imposed during the importation process by the carrier or Customs agents are the responsibility of the customer.
